The core of Krishnamurti's teaching is contained in the statement he made in 1929 when he said "Truth is a pathless land."
크리슈나무르티 가르침의 핵심은, 그가 1929년에 "진리는 길이 없는 대지다"라고 한 말 속에 들어 있습니다.
Man cannot come to it through any organization, through any creed, through any dogma, priest, or ritual, nor through any philosophical knowledge, or psychological technique.
인간은 그 어떤 조직이나 믿음이나 교리나 의식으로도 진리에 다가갈 수 없으며, 또한 그 어떤 철학적 지식이나 심리적 기술로도 안 됩니다.
He has to find it through the mirror of relationship, through the understanding of the contents of his own mind, through observation, and not through intellectual analysis or introspective dissection.
그것은 관계의 거울을 통해서 자기 마음의 내용물을 이해함으로써, 관찰을 통해서 되는 것이지, 지적인 분석이나 내관의 해부를 통해서 되는 것이 아닙니다.
Man has built in himself images as a sense of security -- religious, political, personal. These manifest as symbols, ideas, beliefs. The burden of these dominates man's thinking, relationship, and daily life.
인간은 자신이 안전하기 위하여 내면에 이미지를 만들어 놓고 있습니다. 그것은 종교적이거나 정치적이거나 개인적인 이미지들입니다. 이것들은 상징이나 관념이나 신념의 형태로 드러납니다. 이렇게 지워진 짐들이 인간의 생각과 관계와 일상 생활을 지배하는 것입니다.
These are the causes of our problems, for they divide man from man in every relationship. His perception of life is shaped by the concepts already established in his mind.
이것들이 인생에 문제를 일으키는 원인입니다. 모든 관계에서 인간과 인간을 갈라놓기 때문입니다. 삶에 대한 감응이 자기 마음 속에 이미 만들어진 개념들에 의해서 왜곡되는 것입니다.
The content of his consciousness is this consciousness. This content is common to all humanity. The individuality is the name, the form, and superficial culture he acquires from his environment. The uniqueness of the individual does not lie in the superficial but in the total freedom from the content of consciousness.
인간 의식의 내용물이 바로 그 의식입니다. 이 내용물은 모든 인간들에게 공통적입니다. 그러면 개인성이라는 것이 그 이름, 생김새, 그리고 자신이 습득하게 되는 피상적인 문화로 되어버립니다. 그러나 개인의 유일성은 그러한 피상적인 것에 있는 것이 아니라, 그런 의식의 내용물로부터 완전한 자유에 있습니다.
